Please contact customerservice. No returns will be accepted for printed orders without a valid Return Authorization Number. All orders are custom and therefore non returnable.
5. What information is required on an Innovative Awards purchase order?
Your company information · Ship to information · Purchase order number · Item # · Colour of item (if needed) · Imprint Colour (PMS # if not a standard colour) · Quantity · Imprint Location · Artwork · All Purchase Orders must be received in writing. No verbal requests will be accepted.
You can order your sample online at www.prosnjoes.com or email or fax your request to your Customer Service Territory Manager. Please provide your Courier Account number. Samples are only available for previously established accounts.
Rush orders are a breeze with Innovative Awards! Simply contact your Customer Service Territory Manager with your in-hand date and order information and we will do everything in our power to get the order delivered on time. A rush charge may apply.
