  1. 1. How do I return a sample?

    No Return Authorization Number is required for sample returns. Samples can be returned undamaged for credit if they are returned within 21 days.

  2. 2. What do I do if I have an issue with my order after I receive it?

    Please contact customerservice. No returns will be accepted for printed orders without a valid Return Authorization Number. All orders are custom and therefore non returnable.

    Your company information · Ship to information · Purchase order number · Item # · Colour of item (if needed) · Imprint Colour (PMS # if not a standard colour) · Quantity · Imprint Location · Artwork · All Purchase Orders must be received in writing. No verbal requests will be accepted.

  6. 6. How do I order a sample?

    You can order your sample online at www.prosnjoes.com or email or fax your request to your Customer Service Territory Manager. Please provide your Courier Account number. Samples are only available for previously established accounts.

    Blank product is sold at next column pricing. Large quantity discounts are available.

  11. 11. What do I do if I need a rush order?

    Rush orders are a breeze with Innovative Awards! Simply contact your Customer Service Territory Manager with your in-hand date and order information and we will do everything in our power to get the order delivered on time. A rush charge may apply.

  12. 12. What is normal production time?

    Normal production time is:

    Plaques, Plates & Trophies: 3 to 5 business days*

    Glass & Crystal: 2-3 weeks*

    Medals, Pins & Custom Giftware: 4 weeks*

    Giftware: 3 to 10 business days depending on product*

    *after receipt of complete purchase order (including imprint location, imprint colour, and any other information required to produce your order), artwork approval, and credit approval. Please note that if you require a paper proof or product proof - production time does not begin until after you have approved your proof.
